Lakota Winter Counts
This exhibit displays and interprets the Winter Counts collected by Fr. Eugene Buechel, S.J. which are currently in the Buechel Memorial Lakota Museum as well as in the archive of Marquette University.
Wintercounts Collected by Fr. Buechel, S.J. - Father Buechel collected seven pictorgraphic winter counts which are all stored in the Buechel Memorial Lakota Museum in St. Francis, South Dakota.
