The season of Lent begins today with the celebration of Ash Wednesday. Join us for this beautiful service of humility and sacrifice. Masses will take place at the following times and locations:

High school Confirmation classes will begin on February 8. Classes will be held for ages 15-18 and will be held on Wednesdays in the Rosebud CYO building at 7pm. Contact Tony Lusvardi, S.J. to sign up or for more information at 747.2496.

Fr. John Hatcher, S.J., who is the Superior and President of St. Francis Mission, and Tom Olson, S.J. will be the featured guests on Fr. Mitch Pacwa’s “EWTN Live” television broadcast on January 18, 2012. The show is filmed before a live studio audience and is broadcast on EWTN at 8 PM EST each Wednesday.
Fr. Pacwa will interview Fr. Hatcher and Mr. Olson about the work of St. Francis Mission. Be sure to tune in!

Classes for the Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC) will begin on Sunday January 15 following the 11:30 Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Church in St. Francis. RCIC is for children ages 6-12 who have not yet been baptized. Further information is available in the Sunday bulletins or by contacting Tony Lusvardi at St. Francis Mission 747-2361.
